Practical planning rules
- Hire your first Saudi employees early — small companies move bands with single hires
- Register salaries correctly on GOSI and Mudad; unregistered staff don't count
- Check profession-specific nationalization rules (HR, accounting, sales…)
Treat Saudization as workforce strategy, not as a fine to avoid — the companies that do hire better and scale faster.
