- Real Estate track — you own (or will own) residential property above the threshold
- Talent track — exceptional professionals in health, science, and culture
- Limited / Unlimited — financial solvency routes, annual or lifetime
Families are included across tracks, and holders sponsor themselves. For most founders we assess, the Investor track paired with a new Saudi entity is the fastest credible route.
