Overview
Court cases in Saudi Arabia today run almost entirely through Najiz, the Ministry of Justice's electronic platform for judicial services: the statement of claim, exchange of memoranda, hearing schedules, judgments, and appeals are all managed electronically. Through Omnera One, licensed Saudi lawyers represent you at every stage — from drafting the statement of claim to the final judgment and, where needed, execution before the enforcement courts.
Our coverage spans the commercial courts (contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency claims), the labor courts (wage claims, unfair dismissal, end-of-service benefits — beginning with the mandatory amicable-settlement stage at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development), and civil cases governed by the Civil Transactions Law in force since December 2023.
Litigation is not always the best answer. Before and during proceedings, we assess your position honestly and pursue settlement or mediation — including through the Taradi platform where appropriate — whenever it serves your interest better than a prolonged case. When litigation is the right path, we litigate it rigorously. We never promise outcomes; results always depend on the facts, the evidence, and the court's discretion.
Who is this for?
Companies facing commercial disputes — unpaid invoices, breach of contract, partnership or shareholder conflicts, or insolvency claims before the commercial courts.
Employees and employers in labor disputes — wage claims, unfair dismissal, and end-of-service benefits — from the amicable-settlement stage through the labor courts.
Individuals with civil claims under the Civil Transactions Law — contractual and financial disputes, compensation claims, and enforcement of judgments and executive documents.
Key Benefits
Representation by licensed Saudi lawyers with rights of audience before the commercial, labor, and civil courts — you never navigate the courtroom alone.
Full electronic case management via Najiz: filing the statement of claim, submitting memoranda, tracking hearing dates, and receiving judgments — with regular status reports to you.
Professionally drafted memoranda and pleadings that present your facts, evidence, and legal grounds under the applicable Saudi laws, including the Civil Transactions Law.
An honest case assessment before you spend a riyal on litigation — covering the strength of your position, realistic scenarios, and whether settlement serves you better.
Deadline protection at every stage: the amicable-settlement window in labor disputes, objection and appeal periods, and enforcement requests — nothing lapses unnoticed.
Follow-through after judgment: we file and pursue the execution request before the enforcement courts, working toward actual collection of your entitlements as far as the debtor's circumstances allow.
How it works
Case assessment and strategy
We review your contracts, correspondence, and evidence with a licensed lawyer, assess the strength of your claim or defense, identify the competent court, and agree a strategy with you — litigation, settlement, or both in parallel.
Pre-litigation stage where required
In labor disputes we first represent you in the mandatory amicable-settlement stage before the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development; if no settlement is reached within the statutory window (typically 21 working days), the dispute is referred to the labor court. In other disputes we attempt negotiated settlement or mediation where it serves you.
Filing the claim via Najiz
We draft the statement of claim precisely — parties, facts, requests, and legal grounds — attach the supporting documents and the power of attorney, and file it electronically through Najiz with the competent commercial, labor, or civil court.
Memoranda and hearings
We attend hearings (in person or remotely as the court directs), respond to the opposing party's memoranda within the set deadlines, submit rebuttals and evidence, and keep you informed after every session.
Judgment, appeal, or settlement
When judgment is issued we analyze it with you. If it warrants challenge, we file the appeal through Najiz within the statutory period (typically 30 days). If a fair settlement emerges at any point — including through the Taradi mediation platform — we present it to you candidly and document it properly.
Enforcement of the judgment
Once the judgment is final, we file the execution request before the enforcement courts via Najiz and follow the enforcement measures until your entitlements are actually collected, as far as the debtor's circumstances allow.
Requirements
A power of attorney authorizing the licensed lawyer to represent you — issued electronically via the Ministry of Justice notarization services on Najiz (we guide you through it step by step).
Identity documents: national ID or Iqama for individuals, or the commercial registration and the authorized signatory's details for companies.
All documents relating to the dispute: contracts, invoices, correspondence, payment records, the employment contract and wage records in labor cases, and any prior judgments or settlements.
A clear account of the facts and your requests, so the statement of claim and memoranda reflect your position accurately.
What you receive
A written case assessment and litigation strategy from a licensed Saudi lawyer, covering the competent court, the legal grounds, and realistic scenarios.
The claim filed and managed on Najiz: statement of claim, memoranda and pleadings, hearing attendance, and regular status reports after each development.
Post-judgment follow-through: the appeal memorandum where warranted, the documented settlement where achieved, or the enforcement file before the enforcement courts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Omnera One is a business-services firm, not a court or government body. Legal representation is delivered through licensed Saudi lawyers acting under a duly issued power of attorney. They appear before the courts on your behalf, while we coordinate the engagement and keep you informed throughout.
No — and no honest legal practitioner can. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence, the applicable law, and the court's discretion. What we do commit to is diligent work: a candid assessment before you commit, precise pleadings, deadline protection, and honest advice on settlement whenever it serves you better.
Not immediately. Labor disputes must first pass through the amicable-settlement stage before the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. If no settlement is reached within the statutory window — typically 21 working days — the dispute is referred to the labor court. We represent you in both stages, and a fair settlement at the first stage often saves months.
Legal fees depend on the case type, its complexity, and the expected stages — a wage claim differs greatly from a multi-party commercial dispute. Some cases also involve judicial costs under the applicable rules. Your consultant confirms a clear fee structure before any engagement begins, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Once the judgment is final, we file the execution request before the enforcement courts via Najiz and follow the enforcement measures available under the Enforcement Law, working toward collection as far as the debtor's circumstances allow. The same applies to executive documents such as notarized acknowledgments and promissory notes.
